Observer Ranch 2024 Basic Preparedness Class

In 2024, 505 Joint Task Force partnered with Observer Ranch in Cañon City, Colorado, to host a hands-on Preparedness Education Course designed to equip individuals and families with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive during emergencies.

This course covered essential topics including emergency planning, survival skills, basic medical response, radio communications, and resource management. Participants received practical instruction from experienced volunteers and field-tested professionals, all in a supportive and community-focused environment.

Through this program, 505 JTF continues its mission of building resilient communities by empowering citizens with real-world preparedness training and actionable knowledge.
